Hiring! Automotive Sales Manager

Fulltime: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm on Mon & Thurs, 8:00 - 6:00 on Tues & Wed, 8:00 – 6:00 pm on Fridays, 8:00 - 3:00 pm on Saturdays, Closed Sunday, * Closed most major holidays.

Pay rate: $100k - $175k annually based on productivity.

Job Summary:

As Sales Manager for Firelands Auto Group you will manage our dynamic sales force using expert new and car sales experience. Experience in finance, service, management, and leadership skills are helpful. You will motivate the sales team using incentives, and direct interaction teaching sales techniques and product knowledge, with a focus on inventory while providing an excellent customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Using technology to achieve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Encourage sales staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Assure sales team is aware of features, promotions, and offerings to incentivize sales.
  • Run performance reports, track inventory, conduct sales training and meetings.
  • Maintain a profitable department while controlling expenses.
  • Address questions to assure 100% satisfaction.

What you will need:

  • At least five years in a dealership sales environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written, use active listening.
  • New and used inventory tracking and controls.
  • Excellent training skills, ability to motive.

We are six dealerships servicing the Wooster, Sandusky, Vermilion, and Norwalk areas.
